Because my last job was far from home,
I wanted to run a coffee shop and small meals at the current location.
At that time, due to the epidemic, I didn’t want to open a single outdoor store because there are often typhoons in the east, and it can protect the goods.
The space doesn’t need to be too large as long as one person can operate it;
Because there is a large flow of people working on the east coast, it is best for one person to take care of the store. Coincidentally, my partner has expertise in engineering and space planning and social accounting.
With the concept of a foreign bar and a plan that suits the work of Taiwanese people,
the beautiful MUJI-style coffee shop was completed!
The host is from Xiaoma, Taitung. She moved to Beijing for study and work. Later, she returned to Taitung City due to fate and career planning.
Then she returned to the Xindong Sugar Factory in Dulan, Donghe, East Coast.
At that time, the Xindong Sugar Factory had just started some small business activities.
It happened that Dulan began to have tourists and development.
I asked her what was special about Dulan?
It should be the integration of diverse and multi-ethnic groups, so now we have the well-known Amis Dulan Music Festival.
In the beginning, there were many cultural and artistic exchanges at the Xindong Sugar Factory.
This is not just a simple commercial space.
There are many amateur concerts and it is a romantic space.
Later, due to fate, I came to the Moonlight Inn on Dulan Mountain.
The hostess said Moonlight Inn was her teacher, and she said she had been here for 5 years;
I didn’t understand at first,
but later I realized that the entire Moonlight Inn on Dulan Mountain was her teacher, and in a spiritual sense;
In addition to the beautiful scenery all around,
I often feel calm and healed when I go there, and I always stop there and can’t bear to leave,
Maybe it’s because the magnetic field is particularly good, or there are ancestral spirits, the warm guardian of Dulan Mountain!
