Sister A Dan is kind and has excellent craftsmanship. She is a hidden version of the shop in the mouth of mountain friends.

Using products grown at home and from small farmers, coupled with exquisite craftsmanship, it has become a delicacy passed down by word of mouth among mountain friends.

The Tamlan Ancient Trail is divided into the North Road (official road), the middle road (civilian road), and the south road (commercial road). The middle road is currently the most popular hiking route. Walk the middle road in the Kanjiao, Tamwan, and Taiping areas

It’s hard to find places to eat. In fact, in the Taiping settlement between Bengshankeng Ancient Road and Beishixi Ancient Road, there is a hidden restaurant suitable for a delicious meal!

This is Sister Adan’s place. Inside the red brick and wooden beams is the kitchen, where Sister Adan shows off her craftsmanship. Guests sit outside the arcade to dine.

Tanlan Ancient Trail Middle Road is a 10-minute walk away from Bengshankeng Trail.

The store is very friendly and it is recommended to book a table in advance. It is currently only open on holidays, so it is easy to park in front of the store.

Open only during noon hours. In summer, shaved ice and cold drinks are also sold.

The restaurant is located next to the archway at the entrance of Shoushan Palace. The “Taiping Holiday Farmers Market” only appears on holidays.

Sister A Dan is a local with many years of cooking experience. The dishes she serves look like farm food, and her craftsmanship is not inferior to that of restaurant chefs. It can be said to be an upgraded version of mom’s taste.

There is no menu, that is, different dishes are provided according to the season. The portions provided are generous, and most of them use home-grown fruits and vegetables, but a few main dishes are still available on a regular basis.

The snacks made from locally grown purple sweet potatoes are also Sister Adan’s signature dish. They taste so soft that you can’t finish eating them and want to take them home. This dish is highly recommended.

The farmers market also sells local small agricultural products. Please make a reservation to dine. If you want to come to eat on weekdays, please call first. After you are satisfied, you may also want to check out the agricultural products of other small farmers at the market.
