The very quiet cafe with its name “SLOW” is suitable for slow tasting. The boss is very professional in tea and coffee and has unique techniques. It is a unique experience that is definitely not found in other places. After staying there for an afternoon, I can’t recommend it to 5 stars. Completely defined space.

The boss has tidied up a dilapidated old house very well, with an ancient and Zen feel, and planned a kendo practice ground and an environment for experiencing coffee and tea.
The Kendo teacher is also the owner of a coffee shop. The business model he designed is to allow guests to come here and taste a variety of coffee or tea without any pressure, making it like a private guest house.
But it’s not so much about business model design, it’s about the boss wanting the guests to have a more enjoyable experience, so everything can be done slowly!
