Shuinandong Fishing Port is backed by the Jiufen and Jinguashi Keelung volcanoes. The port faces the famous Yin and Yang Sea in northern Taiwan. You can experience the local landscape characteristics at one time. The special landscape is the gathering of mountains, waterfalls and sea. It may be the only one in Taiwan!

Shuijin Jiushuinan Cave in the northeast corner is less famous, but it is connected to the blue sea; in addition to the IG hotspot Yin Yang Sea, the stairs of Liandong Elementary School, the Golden Waterfall, and the Thirteenth Floor Ruins, there are Shuinandong Fishing Port!

Shuinandong Fishing Port is one of the small fishing ports in the north of the northeastern corner of the coast. It is located in the Yinyang Sea, one of the three Yinyang Seas in Taiwan, namely Guishan Island, Jinshan’s Suangang, and Shuinandong’s Yinyang Sea.

Shuinandong Fishing Port began to build a harbor in 1958, which can provide berthing for medium-sized and small fishing boats. Currently, there are about dozens of small and medium-sized fishing boats docked, and several fishing boats are also placed on the shore. The overall fishing port looks very Tranquility, the most special thing is that outside the port looks directly at the Yin and Yang Sea.

Small fishing boats are moored at the small fishing port. Shuinandong Fishing Port is the distribution center for fishing supplies and goods for more than 30,000 employees of Taijin Company in the small mountain city. Boats from nearby small fishing ports all send fishing goods here for sale. There are currently many small fishing ports in the northeast corner worth visiting.

The opening of the Northern Coastal Highway in 1979 and the closure of Taikin Company in 1987 were the turning points. The convenient land transportation has become the reason for the depression of the small fishing port. However, it has maintained its small and beautiful characteristics. The mountain fishing village has many anglers. Go fishing.  

Not only is the “distance between us and evil” scenic spot, but also the “distance between us and the Yin Yang Sea and the Pacific Ocean” when entering the fishing port and fishing village.

I saw the Thirteenth Floor ruins at the fishing port. The buildings on the ruins were built on the mountain, looming in the northeast monsoon fog in winter, like a city in the sky. Currently, it is impossible to go abroad due to the epidemic. The Thirteenth Floor ruins are showing the ancient Roman style!

While driving through the 102 Jiufenwang Shuangxi River and the Jinshui Highway, you can see the beautiful Shuinandong Fishing Port with a God-like view from top to bottom!

You can also see the fishing port and Nanzishan Mountain from the stairs next to Liandong Elementary School, an IG hotspot!
